Lying staff at Checkers Westgate!!

On Monday, 17 June, I went to Checkers Westgate. They had a special on Weetbix, in the middle of the rows. They had a big sign, saying that the 450g was R19.99 When they cashier scanned the product, it rang up R26.99. I told her that this was incorrect. She sent the packer with me to look. We both saw the sign saying R19.99 She tried to take out the sign, but she couldn't. So she told me to go back to the till, and get the manager to take off the R26.99, and she will go and get a price tag from the row where the cereal is. She came back with a price tag of R26.99 I told her that that was incorrect. Then I said to them to just take it off, I don't want it anymore. But after I paid, I decided to talk to a manager about this. Firstly, the manager was not very happy that I disturbed him! But then I showed him who the packer was who went with me. Then we all went to where the special was. By then, they had already changed the sign to read R26.99! I told the packer that she saw with me that the sign was R19.99, and that she still tried to take it out but couldn't. Then she denied everything. She **** to me, the customer, and to her manager and co-workers standing there! I told her and everyone around, that she is lying, and that I will never buy from Checkers ever again! I know that this has also happened to other people in the past. People, please check your till slips carefully when you buy from Checkers!!
