Loyalty Cost me

I'll like to express my disapointment in using Cherckers as an agent stamp member. I had an account with then as an agent 35 after submitting all required documents. We were told that by December we will get our payment as a token of appreciation in making business with them. I received the phone call from them in November 2019 to come and sign for my payment to be processed. Till today I have not received any payment. Numerous calls to them from Jan 2020 till today the matter has not been resolve. I sent even my banking details on the 15 of Jan via email with hope that by this time payment will be processed.

I'll like hellopeter to intervene and assist me in getting my payment as promised ASAP.
