Loyalty card and discounts are a lie

I have been to 2 checkers this week. Both times getting **********. The price on the shelf is always an issue and incorrect and when you give the card and pay no discounts are taken off as advertised. Your loyalty card and program means nothing and doesn't work. I am so sad all the PNP's closed in my area and you lot took over. I will do all my shopping at spar now.
