Low Stock levels, Unfriendly staff

Yesterday we went to Checkers later afternoon. We only could find half of what I needed as there were limited stock in the fresh fruit & Veg section. After this, the gem squash I took had no barcode on it. The lady at the till waited for someone to assist in getting the barcode, she came back and put the gem squash at the till. (She could not find it.) This took all about 5 minutes, not once was there communicated what the problem is and or how they will sort this. I would not mind the wait - but being kept in the dark aggravated me. Together with the unfriendly staff - no one smiles there or even look like they want to be there. This is not the first time I have experienced this. Checkers Cobblewalk will never see me again as there is always low stock levels, unfriendly staff and a very slow way of doing things. I have to go to the shop again today (will go to Pick 'n Pay Glendgarry as the staff there always has a smile and the stock levels are great) to get all the items I could not get at Checkers. So sad, I will write to FNB as well, as Checkers is my first option to the rewards program of FNB - but I much rather work with Pick 'n Pay and get smart shopper points than waste my time again at Checkers Cobble Walk.
