Low level of service Checkers Westgate mall Mitchell's plain

guys.I also had a ****ed off situation at my local Checkers at Westgate mall in Mitchell's plain ...every month like clockwise we recieves a shoprite voucher valued at R1000...and everytime I experienced some issue...but on Friday 26/11/2020 I went like normal and was assist at their Money Market and the money voucher was transferred onto the Gift card and after standing for ages in the que and all the groceries were tilled up...we found out there's no money on the card...for hours we... So much hourz we had to come back the Saturday only to stand ND waste more hourz even lost a job while waiting on them. This level of service is so unprofessional and is unaccepted. The voucher was give after two days.

So ****ed at checkers, this was said by a customer service consultant Alicia "unfortunately checkers don't compensate any for any inconvenience caused for any matters"

I feel so disgusted as these people show no remorse.

At the end of the day they make u feel like the bad one.

Definitely done shopping there........ And won't recommend anybody to shop there bad service.
