Lost parcels.

There's a serious issue happening with Checkers and Aramex. This is the second time this happens to me. There is a store to door drop box but it dorsnt even work? My parcel has been sitting at checkers for 3 days. Is it not the onus of the shop/manager to ensure these are being collected? Can someone tell me what is going on?
