lost my 2 phones & work access card in the teller

Hello Peter, On the 16 March 2016 time around about 17:25 and left at 17:54. During my shopping my Samsung S3 rang, before I could answer I noticed that the battery is about to die, I ask the caller to use the other phone which is Sony Xperia. After that I put both phone in my phone bag and I started a call as I was walking around the isle to get cereal placed my phone bag into my hand bag. Continued with the shopping until the express till then I moved to teller 135. As I was taking out the wallet from hand bag I also took out phone bag. That is when I last saw my 2 phones and work access card at 17:54 at teller 135 in Checkers wonderpark. I called the shop today in the morning they promised to search and ask around also checked the camera but nothing. I went there by myself after work, they showed me the camera but unfortunately their cameras don't show any activity that happened in the teller its hidden. The available manager couldn't even bother herself by coming and make sure that am satisfied NO nothing,when I went by myself to the teller that helped me, she seemed very nervous and kept on asking if we saw anything in the camera. I could see from her eyes that something is up
