Lost 10gb data

As we are far from Bloemfontein, a friend of us, working in Bloemfontein bought the openview connect for us on the 7th of July 2021, from Checkers Hyper Bloemfontein in the Fleurdal mall. The person that assist her said that they will contact me and send me the free data of 10gb coming with the openview connect. That's the deal. Up to today, nobody have contacted me and no data received. I've send two emails, nobody contacted me as yet. We've phoned them twice, they said after two days, with no number asking, we will receive the data. Still nothing. We just want our data that's with the deal please.
