Long queues and false promises by manager.

The Express till has not been opened for months despite my complaints. Again today only 3 normal tills operating and I had to stand and wait for a long time. I eventually found the manager who apologized and said they would work on "clearing" the express tills area so he could make it operational. It is packed with trolleys and other junk. This has been going on for over a year and each time I get an apology but nothing gets done. Month end and Fridays same thing. PLEASE DO NOT GET THE STORE MANAGER TO PHONE ME and waste my time with false promises.
