Locking doors prior to closing time

The doors of the store were closed 10 minutes before time and security refused to open saying that they also wanted to go home and we must come an hour before closing time and we'll not experience such behaviours. We asked for management and they refused to come talk to us as there were a few of us standing at the door that's really bad service.
