LIQUORSHOP DISAPPOINTMENT

I have placed an order (LIQ***) which was delivered on 05/12/2021. However, some items were not delivered and were not on the invoice (although I have paid the order in full). Upon querying this matter, I was told that the items omitted were not in stock and I will be refunded, but nobody has even bothered to contact me. This is very disappointing service and I demand that I be contacted immediately regarding this matter!
