License Disc Not Delivered within 14 days of payment

I am deeply disappointed and angry at the service received from Checkers. My license disc will only be delivered next Wednesday, 27 days after I ordered and paid for my license disc. If I get a fine because I've gone past the grace period for renewing my licence. CHECKERS WILL PAY FOR THE FINE. I am leaving CPT on Monday 25 December and my car will not be left at the delivery address where the license was meant to be delivered, meaning that I will be driving back to my home with an expired license disc because CHECKERS WAS INEFFICIENT AND DID NOT KEEP ME UPDATED UNTIL I CALLED NUMBEROUS TIMES. This is pathetic service. Now I must just accept late delivery because your people are going on leave and did not rectify this matter timeously. The only person that made an effort to keep me updated on the matter, after I've been waiting for my license for 21 days was Carel. How is Checkers going to ensure that this is remedied?
