Lazy and rude management

Went into Checkers today at 4pm and got a bottle of wine from their wine section. Went to the till where the cashier refused to process the transaction as their licence only allows them to sell until 3:30pm. That is fine I understand that you are not allowed by law to sell outside of your licence times, however can one of your lazy and rude managers such as Aubrey Molokomme please put a sign in the wine section advising of these times? After arguing with me that they have a sign, I went to the section with him where he realised that there is no sign (and I gladly took a photo of your wine section without a sign). You are a retailer dealing with customers so please get your management to properly manage your business and perhaps send them on a customer service course.
