Lazy and rude floor managers

<p>Purchased some items at the Fourways Mall branch. Two of the items were marked down and required a manager to override the value at the till. The cashier must have rang the bell for 5 minutes but no manager was around to assist. The customer behind us went to look for a manager because this delay is just unacceptable. The managers were lounging in the office by the kiosk happily chatting away saying that they will come just now but they never woke up their lazy asses. We were then assisted by an absolutely rude Indian manager named Sharika who acted like she ran the store. She said we just have to wait as long as it takes because everyone is busy in their departments which is bull**** because the store was not busy. She continued to say that she was helping 3 other customers and we must just continue waiting until assisted. Excuse me woman, on a Sa****ay morning, especially during the start of the month we expect managers on the floor ready to assist, not to wait for a manager who rather sit and chat or to be assisted by a manager with a **** poor attitude! Wake up checkers and address your managers.</p>
