Lazy and *********** staff and management

Worst customer service ever, with *********** staff. Phoned Checkers Hyper outside Somerset Mall to find out if they still have stock of a certain microwave. First they transferred me to the department where the microwaves are and no one answered. I phoned back to be transferred again, no answer. I asked the lady answering the main phone to speak to the manager.. She said she will transfer me... Again no answer. I phone again they lick up the phone they don't speak but yet I can hear everything going on in the background--no one answers when I speak and the phone call gets dropped.. I tried to phone again, phone is blocked. How lazy and *********** can you be. Seriously worst place.. Will not even bother going there if the telephone service is this bad, I don't even want to know how bad the service on the floors and behind the tills are.
