Lani and his pathetic non-chalante service

Lani assisted me on the Checker60 call. Order was placed at 12h12. Checkers keep updating the order placed time on the app as the order keep running late. Now it states order was placed at 12h38. Shopping has not even been done. Pathetic and useless service. Lani is too lqzy to do his job by phoning the store to find out what the delay is. Checkers60 better watch out for PnP asap!. Even Woolies Dash is better with better service. Utterly disgusted. Particularly w8th Lani's service and lack of willingness to actually DO HIS JOB!
