Ladies just send you away

So I was at Checkers at Eco Boulevard on Monday at around 12:00 because it 's our lunch time and we only have 30min lunch I went to the cigarette kiosk to buy a packet of B&H Switch there was 2x ladies standing behind the counter and no one was at the till they were just talking to each other I asked the ladies if I can please have a packet B&H Switch first they looked at me as if I was talking French then they said something to each other in their language so the one lady got the packet and tolled me I had to go and stand in the long cues to pay I could not understand why because they were doing nothing. so I went to stand in the long cues and as soon as I got to the tills they were helping people so why couldn't they help me? this is very poor service. The other thing is this is the second packet of B&H Switch I bought from Checkers at Eco Boulevard that doesn't have the menthol ball inside, I have tried to find the distributors of B&H Switch and cannot find them to lodge a complaint so I bought it from Checkers so I will complain to checkers. They never seem to do anything about a problem people experience in their store, the ladies at the tills are always rude as well...
