Lack of stock and poor servoce

I ordered some alcohol off the checkers liquors online website. When the alcohol was delivered i realised that there was alcohol missing from my order. When i checked my emails i realised that they sent a email stating that i should send my banking details because they dont have stock of what i wanted. Its been almost 1 month since i’ve recieved my package but they haven’t sent me a refund or sent my parcel yet
