LACK OF SERVICE

Checkers was having a promotion. Unfortunately they did not have stock of the item, I was given a rain check, I followed up a number of times without success. I then complained on line to their customer service department, again without any acknowledgement or feedback. WHY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHEN THEY DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE A COMPLAINT.
