Lack of Parmalat Full Cream Lactose Free Milk

We have been into Checkers on numerous occasions requesting the Parmalat Full Cream Lactose Free Milk as it is the only product my wife can drink. Again we are being advised that there is no stock which we can see when we walk in.<br> <br> Again we are being promised a call the next day to advise what is happening and again not being contacted.<br> <br> All the previous managers up until Eric (who is currently unfortunately in hospital) kept us notified and assisted in holding some back for my wife to be collected. Since Eric's misfortune we cannot get any response or feedback from managers even after leaving our contact details with them.<br> <br> We noticed a sign in the office which was quite humorous indicating that the customer can have you fired due to lack of commitment as Checkers will lose business.<br> <br> Can Checkers get their staff to commit and advise what is going on as we have been trying to get some service from the current managers for the last few weeks without any form of feedback.
