Lack of custumers service s****s

I went to the bakery to buy to rolls as I usually do. the lady at bakery was at the confectionary section talking with other colleagues. She assisted me. when I got to the till I paid with R20.00 they priced me 2 rolls for R 9.99. then I said that's wrong. so I decided to get a refund instead of the rolls. the lady who was assisting me with the refund process was not even apologetic. she just said fill this and sign here. Then she gave me R10.00 instead of R20.00i paid. Then I asked for the manager who was more concerned about disciplining his staff than me as a customer. Lack of customer service
