Lack of customer service

Checkers rock cottage......... DISAPPOINTMENT.

I have always been happy with them until, came looking for my bank card as the last place i used it was there. I have been standing here for an hour as they were supposedly checking for it in the cash office, after asking again i was told they cant find it. Like if i didn't ask i would still be standing there... Nxa.
