Lack of customer service

I have over the past few months submitted at least two complaints to checkers to which there was NO response. One of these was to complain about the quality of their plastic bags, which is to say the least PATHETIC. On one occasion a few bags had to be replaced by the packer because they tore during packing, and even then two more broke during the transfer to my car. Checkers response to my complaint: NOTHING!!!

More recently I complained about the quality of pork chops I bought from their Noordheuwel store. One of the three chops in the packet looked ghastly and was actually not fit to be called a pork chop. Again Checkers' response was "NOTHING".

They obviously do not care about their customers.
