Lack of customer service

I bought a genesis vacuum in May This machine is literally on fire. I don’t have the proof of purchase as I was ****** so to shift blame checkers is redirecting my complaint to The manufacturer. Bigs up to checkers hyper very professional I will difiantly not be shopping with u anymore or with Genesis.
