Lack of customer service!

That one star isn't even what they deserve! So I call 2 different branches of Checkers Hyper, Tokai and N1 City to find out if they have an appliance that I want in stock. The promotion only started on Wednesday and they both don't have any stock. What annoys me is that none of them even offered to take down my details to call me once they receive stock! Even after the guy that's in charge of the appliance department in N1 City (as he says, and wouldn't give his name) and I suggested it. He sounded more like he was mocking me and had no intention of calling me back. Definitely lack of customer service! I mean I don't want to drive all the way there for nothing and waste my time. Really disappointed! I'll wait to see if I hear from them..
