Kzn - Worst for fast efficient service at chain stores.

Over the last three years in Kzn I have continued to find the following at Checkers, Spar as well as Pick n Pay and some of their liquor stores. We have a culture here in Kzn of not wanting to serve the public. Key problem areas are hot food sections, bakery and finally when you join a que to pay. Floor managers are non existent in watching ques build up. Staff at these points are lethargic and not interested in brisk efficient service. The expensive shopping experience is terrible almost everytime We shop. My pointing this out over the last three years to these chain stores has fallen on deaf ears and service has in fact declined further. The attitude and service is pathetic.
