KWV and Hyperama why advertise if you cant do what you advertise

I received the advert for Hyperama and in the advert there was a special on KWV wines that they advertised a chance to win a Green Egg braai if you entered the competition So i went to Hyperama at Foresthill Mall and there looked for the promotion items so i could buy a few bottles and enter the competition Firstly after getting hold of the department manager he did not know of the promotion i showed him there advert and after a while he came back and said the Rep for KWV did not bring the entry forms and that the display was not done i am sure that as a manager you should follow up on your adverts and make sure that the items and displays are in place before the adverts break maybe i am old school but having had 30 years in retail that is how it was done After a while he came back to me and said that he cant get hold of the rep and took my Cell no and contact me on Monday there was now two managers there Well Monday came and went and up to now still no call back Worst is after about two weeks i went in again and saw a White Manager there and told him the story he promised to get hold of the store manager and the store manager will get hold of me Needles to say that did not happen, Everytime you walk in there the store is quite and managers stand around and complain bussiness is quite yet they can not even comeback and satisfy customers why waste money on advertising things if you cant fullfill the advert There was a saying the Customer is the most important person entering your store and pays your salary Sorry Hyperama you have lost that it also reflects badly on KWV Good luck you going to need it with your pathetic service
