Kudo's to Checkers Hyper Kolonnade
I bought 4 dinner plates and 4 dessert bowls. At the till I saw one of the dessert bowls had a black mark inside. I thought it was just dirt and went home. After I washed the bowl, I saw that the mark must be a flaw as it was still there. I took it back this morning and it was exchanged without any problem. Susan and Letitia were very very helpful and friendly.<br> <br> It is a pleasure to deal with staff with such a great attitude.<br> <br> Thank you Checkers-Hyper, Kolonnade for the excellent service.
