Knowledge of staffing and lack of service

Just a general remark to this store at Brookside Mall. When I am looking for a product I tend to call the normal, PicknPay, Spar, Game and Makro and I have now given up on ever calling Checkers PMB. There is no one dedicated to knowledge of in-store products or takes responsibility for customer care. There is no friendly voice when you call for enquiries and you are constantly kept holding on whilst they find someone to assist. The is DOES NOT occur at the other stores I have mentioned. No wonder there are hardly any shoppers when I have popped in (which isn't very often). I suggest Head Office employ someone with knowledge of how to treat a customer either by phone or in-store.
