kept me updated on out of stock product

My 2year old daughter only drinks Pamalat Growth Milk 1, so i have been to the shop looking for Pamalat First Growth Milk 1 been looking around all other big chain stores and they all did nt have stock but when i came to St John's i met Sihle and promised to let me know as soon as they get stock, this happened 3weeks ago if im not mistaken and he phoned me a week later to advise that they havent receive stock but also said as soon as the ydo i will be the first one to know, so for me knowing the industry we are in we tend to treat customer like they doing us a favour by walking into our work environment so at first i though he is one of them who just say they will do something just for you to get out of the way but for Sihle it was a different expirience because this morning i receive a phone call from him inviting me to the shop to come and buy milk for my daughter because his stock has arrived, this was a pleasing expirience we really do need people like him in the retail bussiness, i must say i am COMPLETLY SATISFIED!!!
