kenwood steam iron failure

I have bought a Kenwood steam iron ST387 ST389 series. Sadly this is the 3rd premature failure we have had on the item in a period of 2 months. Our efforts to return the product at Checkers Hyper in Arcorn Park has been sufficient. But, yet we are limited to the same brand and model type and unfortunately the brand is a dismal failure.<br> <br> Although the items have been replaced on warranty, we cannot continue on like this. Your qcp has to be adequate for such occurances, especially repetitive ones
