Kenilworth store not honouring sale price

Checkers currently advertises all variants of Ingram 500g body body lotion for R29.99. The controller at Checkers Kenilworth wants me to pay that price for the 300g tissue oil variant. She says they dont sell the 500g version. Why would you advertise and then refuse the client. She was very rude and dismissive
