I went for my monthly groceries shopping and was looking for low fat milk, the only milk was full cream and skim milk. Vusumzi was busy packing the milk and we asked him does they have low fat he said no mam this is the only milk left, and apologised. We carried on with our shopping and the next moment 5 aisles from where the milk is he came running and said mam i found low fat milk for you. That is fantastic service. That man needs a promotion he walked the extra mile even went looking for us.
