Just visited the store 15min ago and the cashier called for assistance from her supervisor

Just visited the store 15min ago and the cashier called for assistance from her supervisor. As we wait on the supervisor she started having a conversation with the cleaner and they kept on being a yapping for 5min before she attends to the cashier. It was at the party shop department. They need to work on their customer service.
