Just a waste of time!

Your stupid app cancels orders and does not notify the customer! Made my dad wait for the order on Monday for nothing! He is self - employed and was doing me a favour and I had to hear how his losing money being at home then I check the order has been cancelled even though money gone out of our credit card. Useless useless service!!!! If I had known my order was going to be cancelled, I would have done another order!!!!!!
