Juice that is off

I bought a sir juice today at sunning hill checkers hyper to my surprise when I get to the office it was off I spoke to the warehouse manager by the name of Walter Makise he promised to get back to me and I am still waiting for him to come back to me now I have an upset stomach due to that how can they sell goods that are not OK now I am having a problem because of that they need to get back to me and tell me what must I do
