Jeyes Fluid in the ICE!!

I went on Sunday to buy some things from Checkers, I love ice in everything I drink however I don't normally buy Ice at Checkers, but as I was there and didn't feel like driving around I took a bag. Lets skip ahead, I had my first glass of juice with Ice, I could smell and taste there was something strange but I wasn't sure by, my second glass I was convinced maybe it was my taste buds or the juice, so I went to the fridge smelled the juice and then got to the Ice when I opened my freezer my whole freezer smelled of Jeyes Fluid, I then took the bag out smelled that and then actually tasted a piece of ice, went to my husband and said somethings not right here. I work so I don't have time to back and forth also cant keep the bag of ice at my work it will defiantly melt. So I went into Checkers on Wednesday after work and led a manager over to where he kept the ice I opened a bag there in front of him and low and behold it smelt terrible!!! the outside of the pack smells like nothing, but as soon as its opened... anyway he went to check at the back where he told me that ice was made freshly today, he came back to me smelling like he jumped into the Jeyes fluid himself! A lady who is a Perishable manager came to apologies to me, I said where is the right person to talk to, a guy came over said sorry and it was the end of that, I mean with all due respect, I drank and ate YOUR ice that was covered in JEYES fluid and who knows what else and YOU just say SORRY?? Do You guys not comprehend the seriousness of having jeyes fluid in not one but a few bags of your ice that other customers also bought????? Lucky for You I have only had some stomach aches which was cured by buscopan, but I am not stopping here, I have a bag of ice that I had to wrap up in other bags as it was infecting my meat, which by the way isn't cheap. I want answers and I want to know what are u going to do besides say sorry as if its nothing.
