Items not delivered, rude operator

So I ordered from checkers sixty yesterday, my package didn’t not arrive all day.

Today I call to enquire, the operator Emeraan (ref ***) threatens to block my account because of my claim. Meanwhile their driver did not call anyone from the intercom but handed the package to someone. I ask whose fault is this and why am I being threatened for not getting my monies worth.

A my apology let me follow up with the driver would have been much more acceptable.

I order daily with the same address and on a daily drivers call from the intercom to deliver, what was different yesterday???
