Items not delivered

I'm gatvol with this app. They canceled my order for the 2nd time in a space of 2 months claiming that no one answerd the door bell. I work from home and my kids are home schooled. We are always home. We live in complex with a security guard always present at the gate plus a buzzer system for each unit. The delivery guy decides to get lost or not pitch at all then claim that we are not home. I'm full of their nonsense and lies. Very unprofessional.
