Items not delivered by Sixty60 driver

I’ve been enjoying the convenience of ordering groceries while I’m at work when there’s something that needs to be replenished. Lately the Checkers Sixy60 drivers aren’t delivering what’s on the invoice. The other day we received a package that was torn and we let it slide.

Today I ordered a few items including Nulaid 30 large eggs, when I arrived home the eggs were not delivered but I’ve been invoiced and charged for them. When the driver delivers, normally they park outside the gate because we have vicious dogs and we collect from there for their safety, and that doesn’t allow us time to count the items. We collect and trust that what we ordered will be delivered accordingly, but obviously not today.

I’ve logged a call with their help desk and I truly hope they will investigate and deliver the eggs as charged. I’d also advise people to tick all the items from the invoice as soon as they receive them going forward to avoid a repeat incident.
