Item received with no Gift Pack!!!

An email complaint was sent on 20 December 2023 regarding Order Number: ***2A. Thereafter, an automatic response with ticket number *** was received. Apart from a ticket number and despite numerous follow ups, I have received ZERO feedback. Please can the complaint be investigated and feedback provided regarding the issue raised.
