Item left behind but paid

<p>So I went to checkers on the 31May and bought a few items.when I got home I discovered that one item was missing.I couldn't understand.I called and kept being transferred a million times and never actually speaking to anyone.I would phone and get transferred to a phone that just ring or get transferred to a manager bt then the phone will ring twice and get put down.What an inconvenience!!! I don't know when I'm going that side again but I must say this is the worst service ive gotten from checkers in n1 city
