Is Checkers Langverwacht meat safe to eat????

Upon stopping at Checkers to purchase some frozen goodies for my kids, I noticed all frozen Large turkeys, crumbed chickens, fish fingers, veggies etc were thawed to the point of red juice running out the packets.

Immediately I went notify the manager who no one could find and assist me with, as they were more interested in cashing in for the day ( as they get to leave early on new years), so i set off to find the manager myself, when I found her and set her straight with the issue, she quickly stated that the technical people were busy fixing the freezers...

Then I mentioned that I'm sure they can NOT refreeze them as they have already thawed completely, and she did not see my point and urgency. She showed me no follow up or explained what their procedure would be now with the thawed food and carried on with her duties...

This is a serious health risk and feel it needs to be sorted before the shop reopens tomorrow morning and I don't want to have someone get affected from this!
