Irratiional process ****s Checkers Sixty60 great idea?

Checkers recently commenced their Sixty60 online purchasing service which I made use of recently. this works wonderfully until it comes to the finances...Apparantly they deduct some 15% more than the purchase price, just in case....the customer then has to arrrange with his/her Bank to reverse additional charges. this takes a minimum of 5 days and can cost upto R320! Another great idea ****ed by some stupid and irratiional Bureaucrat!!
