invoice of goods not received.

On Sunday, I purchased a few goods from them. A few of the stuff was removed because it was out of stock, However they invoiced me for the milk which I have not received. I sent them several emails , to which they are ignoring. I posted a review on their fb page and the person who responded tell me that out of stock items are removed from the invoice, However this is not the case as I have been invoiced for the milk, to which i demand a refund. Wonder how many other items or people have been invoiced for items not received. People please scrutinize your invoices from this company
