Interest on theft?

Sixty 60. Made an app order. Amount A reserved on credit card. Not all items available. Amount B deducted off my credit card. 10 days later both amounts are still being deducted off my credit card total with amount A still pending. Amount A should be reversed by now. I am ond of many affected. Will never order from Checkers again. Why is only one amount not deducted once order finalised?
