Insulted

<p>We buy at Checkers Westdene Bloemfontein daily it WAS our first choice everyday. BUT after yesterday we will not be supporting them anymore. On the discount shelve which they do not check was a item that we were interested in nothing on those shelves was marked with red stickers to show it is on discount when informing them of this at the till they were rude. At the conclusion of our purchase we were walking away when either the cashier or packer or the lady standing chatting with then called us a dumb p@#s so understand that we were very upset about this, we asked for a manager and was ignored. We saw a supervisor standing near usand approached her were she said that she could not believe that was said we tolkd her it was said in south sotho were she still did not believe us. I said fine will take this up with somebody higher were she suddenly changed her attitude. We left the store and was called about 20min later as I was driving I could not talk and requested they sms me an email address for more details which never happened. Then when at home wewent through our slip and saw that a special we bought was charged at the normal price on the shelve and adverts it says R9.99 for the 400g Today Pastry and we were charged R14.99. This is not acceptable at all</p>
