Insufficient staff

On 23rd December 2017 I went to Checkers Hyper and Checkers liquor store at Galleria Mall, Amanzimtoti. The queues were slow and the liquor store only had one till working so I had to stand for ages. The attendant was not perturbed by the queue and proceeded to chat to her friends and delay even further. I wouldn't go back there in a hurry.
