Instructions not followed by driver and pathetic customer service

I placed an order on the 2nd of August 2025, I put down instructions for the driver to follow which he did not follow, I asked the agent to refund my delivery fee and a manager to call me back. To date no call or delivery refund has been done. Called in today and the service I received from the person on the other end was pathetic! I was put on a long hold and everytime I call in and want to escalate I get told the managers are in meetings. The attitude from the agent was pathetic after asking 8 times for a manager. Just refund my delivery fee and compensation for the inconvenience of your driver not following instructions and also the customer service agent who kept me on hold for so long!
