Insinauting that I stole the goods

I was at Checkers Hyper Menlyn Shopping Centre 13 December 2015 17:32. I bought a Black & Decker Sander for my husband. When I got home I noticed that the seal of the box was broken when I wanted to gift wrap the box. Today 14 Dec 11:45 when I went back to explain what happened, the older lady that assisted me was very friendly and helpful but the 2 younger ladies at the customer care, verbally attacked me. She asked me if I didn't notice the weight of the box. So I said no since I don't have any knowledge about power tools. I understand she was doing her job but I felt humiliated and degraded since she was insinuating that I stole the power tool. After waiting several mintues for one of the men to fetch me a new one from the shelf, the 2 younger ladies was speaking in their native language with each other and I could see they were talking about me, and pointing fingers towards me as if I stole the power tool out of the box and brought back the empty one. I will never ever support Checkers or Checkers Hyper in my life again and I will put this on social media where everyone can see it.
